COMMUNICATION

Communication requires a sender, a message and an intended recipient, although the receiver need not be present or aware of the sender's intent to communicate at the time of communication; thus communication can occur across vast distances in time and space. Communication requires that the communicating parties share an area of communicative commonality. The communication process is complete once the receiver has understood the message of the sender. Feedback is critical to effective communication between parties.The two kinds of communication are verbal and nonverbal.

It is very important to have communication skill on a job and in class.On a job, we have to communicate to be on the same page as the other people.  I need to improve my communication skills more. I need to learn to listen before I speak. When I am talking to my husband, I sometimes say things before I even think about it. Your nonverbal communication can out speak your verbal communication. You can be talking to someone but the reaction on your face and your body language can tell a different story.

Productivity




Productivity is a measure of the efficiency of production. Productivity is a ratio of production output to what is required to produce it (inputs). The measure of productivity is defined as a total output per one unit of a total input. Productivity really means to use your time wisely and so not waste time. When I substitute, I have to have all the students work in order. I also have to make sure that I go by the lesson plans that the teacher left out for me. I also have to make sure that I have a neat work area so that I can find things faster.  If you do things in a timely manner, you can meet productivity quicker. This will make the boss proud and bring in more money for the company.

 Organization is important in the workplace and the classroom.A person should have great organization skills to get the job done. When you are organize you can find things in a timely manner. When you have things put in the right place you want have to worry about looking for it. At school, I have to have my papers organize in my folder to keep track of when things are due. I work in a school system so I have to keep papers in a neatly fashion.

Attendance

Attendance is important in school and at work.  It is best to be on time and attend classes so you will not miss out on assignments, tests, and other tasks that were completed in class. Attendance is very important on your job also. If you are suppose to be to work at 7:45, I think that you should at least be 15 minutes early. A person should avoid coming in late to class because it interrupts the whole class. Being absent from work can sometimes affect the workload.
